Here in Hampi the habitual boulderer is presented with the chance to realize the potential of his own mind. There are no limits to the possibilities here. Then we are free to confront fully our own limits. That is energy, motivation, power but most of all the creative imagination which gives us quality new problems. For me it's the ultimate realization of climbing intent and the perfect way to free the mind of normal patterns and constraints. It gives meaning to an activity sometimes just reduced to a series of known movements in an atmosphere of competitive ego's. If that's what you like then probably best you stay at home and crank on plastic with your mates in the winter!!
